Dear Friends,

In the past few weeks, I’ve played harmonica for over 320,000 people under the open sky in Morocco — and stood completely alone on stage playing classical music in Hamburg. Few moments could better capture the range of what the harmonica can do.

October brings more concerts, collaborations and one of the biggest harmonica events in the world. Here's what's been happening — and what’s next.

🇲🇦 Festival Kenitra – On Stage with Saad Lamjarred

Joining Saad Lamjarred and his amazing team in front of 320,000 people at Festival Kenitra was truly special — yet it couldn’t have felt more like home. The creativity, talent and energy on stage were unforgettable.

It was my first performance in Morocco, and I couldn’t have wished for a better start. I'm looking forward to coming back to Morocco for future performances 🌬️🎶

🇩🇰🇩🇪 Copenhagen & Kampnagel – New Sounds, New Contexts

In Copenhagen, I gave a masterclass for advanced players, focusing on how to bring the bluesy character of the harmonica into new musical genres.

A few days later, I performed a solo classical set at Kampnagel Hamburg, invited by the Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre. The theme was “uncharted paths” — a perfect setting to explore the harmonica in a rarely heard context.

🎹 October Concerts with Benyamin Nuss

This month, I’ll be back on stage with my brother Benyamin Nuss on piano for a series of duo concerts, blending classical repertoire with cinematic and jazz elements. These evenings are always full of surprises — and a great lead-in to our upcoming Christmas tour in December, featuring music from our album Merry Harmonica.

🌍 World Harmonica Festival | Oct 29 – Nov 2, Trossingen

To close out the month, I’ll be at the World Harmonica Festival in Trossingen — the most important gathering of harmonica players and fans worldwide.

🧑‍⚖️ Serving on the international jury for the harmonica competition
🎓 Giving a workshop on interpreting pop songs on the harmonica
