Weekly sessions at Hereford Mind - Friday afternoons
Aidan will show you how to create songs by way of reflection, writing your lyrics and playing instruments (percussion, guitar, ukulele, harmonica, penny whistle, keys…) There are also opportunities for jamming and performance during these weekly sessions.
These workshops are for people dealing with a range of mental health issues, giving them increased confidence and ability plus social skills via music.
