Help needed please!

I am developing a new kind of chord harmonica based on the Hohner/Suzuki models. The difference is that you can play 12 different chords instead of the regular 5 chords.

There are 72 reed plates each with 5 draw and 5 blow reeds that look like this. I am looking for help in riveting and tuning the reeds. I am hoping to take this to SPAH in August. 
The more people who can help the less work there is each for each person. I am wiling to pay of course for the help.
